AMDVBFLASH through HiveOS seems to be not functioning - even with same BIOS, force flash enabled, I have tried 3 cards.
All are 5700s
Try flashing the latest stable image, removing all cards but the one you’re trying to flash etc etc.
All is working as of yesterday for me on latest image.
