AMD Vega FE power limit works only for the GPU 0

When overclocking applied power limit is written only of GPU 0 , rest of gpus remain at stock level .

I did not, just changed them for rx 5700 xt

The power limit for Vega FE cards worked in the previous version, but now the power limit is no longer working in version 0.6-188@201230. I hope they fix it soon.
