Account Assistance - 2FA Issue

Hello,

I’m writing to seek assistance with accessing my mining pool account due to an issue with two-factor authentication (2FA). Unfortunately, the phone linked to my 2FA was damaged, making it impossible for me to log into both my email and the mining pool account.

I’ve already sent an email to your administrator regarding this issue four days ago but have not yet received any response. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible?

Send to Hive Support e-mail [email protected] with following information to reset 2FA :

  • your login , name , email account in HiveOS (required)
  • number and names of rigs and wallet address in Wallets (main if several) (desirable)
  • Last external IP address and time of successful login (desirable)

If you do not know your IP address in this case, you can use one of the following free services:
