I’m writing to seek assistance with accessing my mining pool account due to an issue with two-factor authentication (2FA). Unfortunately, the phone linked to my 2FA was damaged, making it impossible for me to log into both my email and the mining pool account.
I’ve already sent an email to your administrator regarding this issue four days ago but have not yet received any response. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible?
