About Accepted Share

Hi,

Just starting mining. I have 2 card
RTX 580 8G , 28.4 MH, 21 Accepted Shares, Red Team Miner
1660 Super, 31.4 MH, 4 Accepted Shares. Gminer

Both using hiveon pool,
My question why there’s so much different in accepted share? Does that mean more accepted share more profitable? Although have more hashrate.
