Has anyone found decent/stable oc setting for flux yet?

I can’t get the fans to work on auto. I must set them to manual. No matter if I use lolminer or Gminer I have issues. With gminer I keep getting the error about GPU driver error, no temps. I don’t have it OCed at all except the 50 percent fan. On lolminer I get Device 0 detected as crashed. Each time it does this it doesn’t restart it just hangs and uses power.
