5700 xt mclock only 960

when I run amd-info, I see Mem 960 Mhz. I see pheonix miner setting it to 960 when miner starts running. I have set a pheonix miner config of -mclock 1700. overclock of 1700.

Is this Mem 960 Mhz normal for 5700 xt cards in pheonix miner? I did the bios mod. Did that do this?

I’m getting good hashrate in the upper 50’s and memload is 95%. So, it’s pretty close to top speed, I guess.
