3080 power problem

I have problem with my 3080 lhr.
When i have plug in monitor all work at 49MHs, but when i turn on rig without monitor card work at 1MHs.

Try setting clocks first, as you’re just running at default.
Then run nvtool --throttle and see why the card is throttling

I set OC at core 1400 and mem 2600, and nothing change. But when i add RTX 3070, then 3080 work fine.

Ok, i find problem. i had flash bios from MSI to Asus, when i back to orginal bios all work ok
