Looks like thermal throttling.
Put your core at 1060 absolute and see if that changes anything. If not then you have to change your thermal pads.

Don’t get ur hopes up though. I bet its thermal throttling, Those numbers are a tell tail sign.

No, i got EVGA ftw3 ultras. They are the only ones that usually dont thermal throttle out of the box.
