2080 Super and 1660 Super - Fans not spinning

Hey everyone,

just built up a new Rig with what I could get.
It’s 6 Nvidia Cards on a EVGA Z370 FTW Board.
I can only run 5 GPUs, the 6th won’t be recognized but that’s not the Problem right now.

2 Cards have fans not spinning.
I switched the slots on the Mainboard but that didn’t help, neither changing the risers.
Autofan and manual settings don’t work, tried T-Rex and Phoenix.

Cards are
Asus RTX 2080 Super Dual
Asus GTX 1660 Super ROG STRIX OC

Anyone got an idea on where to start?

Were you able to find a solution to the fan speed problem? I have no fan control whatsoever for my EVGA RTX 2080 Supers. To set a speed, I plug each of them into a Windows machine. Not looking forward to the time when I need to change the fan speed on each of them.
