I have a Asus 2070 super with micron memory which do not respond to any OC, I’ll always mine at 37.50 MH, I have tried increasing memory clock upto 2200 and always the same 37.50 MH…
Can I do anything better with that card?

In my opinion the temps on your card are high, Memory is likely much higher. Increase the fan speed.
Mine is Samsung memory, but work up toward this direction once you get the temps below throttle point:
