I have the exact same problem on my 2060S gigabyte.
On Hive OS this is the best results i can get out of it.
If i try windows it can do 42mhs+ using 101% PL (1035 Locked Core + 750 Memory at 120w, using t-rex).

mem wont go above 1500 without crashing 40.8 hash stable on phx miner can anyone help with uploading screenshots very new
mine dose 39.4 - 40.8 stable some days it goes uo sometimes down no loss in shared or any invalids but a reset every day helps that card only the micron chips arent as good as the samsungs obviously any bios anyone know of that will fix? all i can suddgest to get mem clock over 1500

I have two 2060S’s which wont go past 39MH. One is Palit, one is Gigabyte. The common “feature” … Micron memory. I tried all kinds of settings for both but can’t get it to go past 39 if it meant saving my life. Anyone with experience with 2060S’s with Micron memory??? Any help would be appreciated

hi, which inno3d bios did u flash for ur 2060s?. mine is palit 2060s micron and stuck w/ 37.5, can i also asks what is the size of pads u put into ur 2060. thanks

though you also need to set PL to max (200) in order to achieve anything too

I think yes, either it flashes or not. I sggest using latest hiveos/drivers and maintenance mode for flashing. Surely make a backup first of your original bios. My card had the same bios as you.

sorry late reply, was waiting for the pads to be delivered, i use the gelid 2mm, and follow all your instructions and it was a success, though now i’m looking for a better way to cool this card now, cause of summer. thank you for ur replies and time good sir, cheers!
I guess your temp is higher as well because your pads transfer heat even better from vram. I would try to increase memory and a cc a bit more if card is not crashing. What I did for cooling, I put another card very close on the back and nothing in front… Yes this card is a pain
