Hi, I have two cards in Rig. Bud RTX 2080Ti has only 18-19MHs.
I tried Phoenixminer, T-rex miner, LOL miner and the same everywhere.
When I change the overclocking settings so the card has no change.
can you post a screenshot of your worker overview screen? also, if you run nvtool --throttle does it show its throttling?
Had that same on 3060 - DVI dummy was thy solution.
Check driver - i had that same on 3060 LHR with 510.68.02 - 510.60.02 are ok.
