Hey i have the same problem with my cards 1660 Ti from Gigabyte model GV-N166TOC-6GD REV1.0 Bios Ver. 90.16.48.40.19 i cant get them over 28.8 i’ve tried all of the setting i could find online and no matter what if i get mem over 1100 card will drop to 18/20 Mh/s, also power limit and core clock doesnt seem to have any effect on Mh output, do you find any oc config that work? Thanks in advance.
sorry i dont find any and just accept it. buy 1660 super
