I have a Z490-a
10 Nvidia cards work great. I add an 11th one and during boot it locks up
I’ve split the power to different outlets and still the same.
Any fix for this? Or is 10 all I can handle?

Splitters are hit or miss depending on cards being used. 10 very well could be the reliable max of your setup.
