Self fixed by reinstalling CPU. Noticed I could not enter the MSI bios due to it freezing up using 1 GPU attached. I detached all of the GPU devices, and attempted to use the on board HDMI port to get into the MOBO BIOS. When the system booted, the boards “LED DEBUGGER” light stayed on for VGA error. Searched on this platform what users had done to fix that MOBO LED, they mentioned to reinstall the CPU. Thank goodness for this platform! Problem FIXED!!!
